Saint Teresa Child of Jesus Statue 8.25″

More popularly known as  “The Little Flower”  Marie Therese Martin was born in Alarcon France on January 2, 1873, the youngest of 5 daughters.  At 15 years of age, she obtained permission to enter the cloistered order of Carmel Lisieux, where she died at the age of 24 on September 30, 1897
