You are free to return a product for exchange or credit at any-time within 20 days of the date of purchase, with the exception of items that have been engraved or that show neglect, wear or use.
After 20 days we require a 15% restocking fee for any product returned to cover freight and handing fees.

We use USPS, FEDEX and UPS for all our shipping needs, for any size order(s) shipped within the USA including Alaska and Puerto Rico, contact us for orders outside the USA, we want to work with you.

If you have an order that requires to arrive on a specific date, we do have expedited shipping options, but would prefer that you contact us first to make sure we can meet your dead-lines.
Engraved items always require an additional 3 to 5 days for personalization.
Yes you can cancel an order at any time by contacting us, however if your order was already shipped, we cannot refund or cancel your order until it arrives back to our office. (you will be responsible for the cost of shipping outbound-and-inbound plus 15% restocking) Sorry engraved items are never cancelable.
